Refund policy:

We prioritize delivering products of the highest quality to our customers. You have the option to return the unused product in its original packaging within  24 hours from the date of delivery. Once we receive the product back at our address, we will make every effort to replace it with the same product and send it back to you. If the same product is not available, we provide the option for customers to request a refund or a replacement. You can request for exchange or replacement within 24 hours (1 day), the exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 10 days.

We do not accept Refund in any case. All sales are final. If you have any issue you can request for exchange.

Shipping policy:

Standard Shipping Partners- We ship through reputed and trusted courier services for shipments.

Tracking updates- Once your order is dispatched, the tracking number will be updated in your order details

Delivery Time- 7 to 10 business days (Not applicable for wedding gowns & party wear gowns as those are custom based products and which requires about 20-25 days)

Accurate address required- Please provide the correct shipping address & contact details at the time of placing an order
